Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based interventions within a structured Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program. Partner with patients and families to strengthen coping skills, emotional regulation, communication, and successful functioning at home, school, and in the community. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, educators, and community providers to coordinate care and support continuity from admission through discharge and aftercare planning.
Evaluate treatment progress, adjust therapeutic interventions as needed, and maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: One or more of the following required: Licensed Counselor specializing in Mental Health credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Licensed Counselor specializing in Clinical Addiction credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Licensed Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field required. What additional preferences we're seeking Eligible candidates must have a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or another related field and must have a clinical license LMHC, LCAC, LMFT, or LSW | LCSW. These are required!
Masters degree in behavioral health related field required. Associate license considered, Full clinical license preferred.
