Key Responsibilities: Set up, adjust, and operate production machinery Load and unload materials onto equipment Verify materials meet production specifications Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor issues Perform quality inspections and required measurements Package and label finished products Transfer materials to pallets, skids, and storage areas Maintain accurate production records and documentation Assist with inventory tracking and material usage reports Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards ✅ What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of Machine Operator experience At least 2 years of experience operating high-speed production equipment Ability to read work orders and production documents Basic math skills Experience using measuring tools, including tape measures Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to complete production paperwork accurately Commitment to safety, quality, and attendance Preferred Qualifications: ⭐ Manufacturing or converting industry experience ⭐ Experience working independently in production environments ⭐ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ⭐ Ability to maintain production standards in a fast-paced environment 🌟 Ideal Candidate You're a great fit if you: ✔ Have experience operating manufacturing equipment ✔ Enjoy working independently and staying productive ✔ Take pride in producing quality work ✔ Are comfortable with overtime opportunities ✔ Want a company that offers long-term growth and advancement 📈 Build a Long-Term Career This is more than just a machine operator position.
