Machine Operator Shift Options 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM (+10% shift differential) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable Machine Operator to support semiconductor manufacturing operations. In this role, you will operate orbital welding and tube-cutting equipment, inspect parts for quality, and work in both cleanroom and production environments.
Responsibilities Set up and operate orbital welding machines. Operate tube-cutting saws and related production equipment. Read blueprints, work orders, and instructions. Inspect finished parts using calipers and other measuring tools. Verify quality and ensure products meet specifications. Follow cleanroom procedures and safety guidelines. Support daily production goals and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications 1+ year of manufacturing, machine operation, assembly, or quality inspection experience. Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools. Ability to read measurements and use calipers. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment. Preferred Experience Semiconductor, aerospace, or precision manufacturing experience.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $23.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
