What You'll Do As a Production Machine Operator, you'll gain experience in multiple manufacturing processes while working in a fast-paced production environment. Daily Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery after completing company-provided training.
Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products. Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met. Perform basic measurements and quality checks using production tools and equipment. Accurately enter production and inventory information into computer systems. Review work orders, production schedules, and manufacturing specifications. Support machine setups, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting activities.
Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training available). Assist multiple departments based on production demands. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Meet daily production, safety, and quality goals. Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to ensure efficient operations. What We're Looking For Required: Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Desire to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Basic computer and data entry skills. Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to follow safety rules, procedures, and work instructions. Preferred (But Not Required): Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or machine operation experience. Forklift experience. Experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment.
