We are seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to support the manufacturing of seating and related components in a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you'll operate production equipment, perform quality checks, work from blueprints, and contribute to the production of high-quality products while working alongside a dedicated team focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery used to manufacture seating and related components. Monitor machine performance to ensure product quality, efficiency, and compliance with production specifications. Perform machine adjustments, setups, and changeovers for various production runs. Read and use tape measures and other measuring instruments to verify part dimensions. Interpret blueprints and production drawings to ensure accurate manufacturing.
Handle sheet metal and other materials used in the production process. Identify and report mechanical issues, equipment concerns, or safety hazards. Assist with preventative maintenance and routine equipment upkeep. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and productivity. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum 1 year of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure. Experience interpreting basic blueprints and production drawings. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to work in a hands-on production environment and perform physical job duties. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Preferred Experience working with sheet metal manufacturing equipment. Prior experience with production machine setups and changeovers.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
