Aerotek is hiring for Machine Operators! Middleborough, MA | $24.20/hr Join a leading manufacturer of precision fluidic components and systems. We are seeking experienced Machine Operators to support production in a clean, quality-driven manufacturing environment. Shift 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM Monday to Thursday Overtime available Responsibilities Operate production equipment including brushing, lapping, rolling, drilling, chamfering, and grinding machines Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Perform quality checks and document production results Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality standards Maintain machine lubrication and remove scrap material Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and specifications Qualifications 3+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Experience using precision measuring tools Ability to read blueprints; GD&T knowledge is a plus Able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly High attention to detail and quality Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.20 - $24.20/hr.
