Now Hiring Machine Operators for Established Company in Fremont, CA (Long term work opportunity!) Responsibilities Perform basic machine set-ups and operate machines in more than one assigned area to support production needs. Operate complex equipment and machines in a safe and efficient manner, following established procedures and safety guidelines. Fit, align, and adjust machines or assemblies to meet specified tolerances and product operating requirements.
Work from production schedules, shop orders, blueprints, and specifications to complete tasks accurately and on time. Identify deviations from accepted practices or specifications that could interrupt productivity and report them promptly. Load and unload various types of cleaning and processing equipment, including miscellaneous assembly and inspection tools. Perform tasks such as alcohol wiping, swabbing, nitrogen drying of parts, leak checking, LPC testing, and bagging and tagging components.
Operate air and electric drivers and ultra sonic wash equipment as required for production and cleaning processes. Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) properly, including coveralls, boots, hairnets or headcovers, face shields, and gloves. Work in a cleanroom environment for all or part of the shift, adhering to cleanroom protocols and standards. Maintain logs and other necessary documents accurately to support traceability and quality requirements.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fremont, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
