What You'll Do ✅ Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians, electricians, and skilled trades professionals ✅ Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs that improve uptime and reduce downtime ✅ Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital projects ✅ Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams ✅ Oversee facility systems including HVAC, utilities, compressed air, and plant infrastructure What We're Looking For ✔ 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment ✔ Experience leading maintenance teams and driving equipment reliability improvements ✔ Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and CMMS systems ✔ Proven success improving equipment uptime, reducing downtime, and achieving operational goals ✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Bonus Points For ⭐ Experience with PLCs, automation, robotics, and industrial electrical systems ⭐ Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM, Reliability, or CMRP certifications ⭐ Fabrication, welding, assembly, or industrial manufacturing experience ⭐ Turnaround, transformation, or plant improvement experience Why Join?
