Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Description Join our dedicated building maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician, responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing factory buildings, loading docks, offices, and outbuildings, as well as constructing wood-based fixtures, equipment, and structures.
You will also build new equipment and tools, including preparing material lists and cost estimates. Work Environment Work within an industrial manufacturing environment that includes office spaces, providing a dynamic and varied work setting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Hartford, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.81 - $35.81/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
