These positions are moving fast, and qualified candidates will be considered immediately. 🔥 Why This Opportunity Stands Out ✅ Competitive Pay: $28-$32/hr ✅ Weekly Overtime Opportunities ✅ Long-Term Career Stability ✅ Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits ✅ 401(k) Retirement Plan ✅ Employee-First Culture ✅ Growing Company with Strong Leadership ✅ Immediate Interview Availability What You'll Do: As a Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep critical production equipment running efficiently by: Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Diagnosing issues with PLC-controlled equipment Performing preventative maintenance on industrial machinery Reading blueprints, schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals Repairing and maintaining motors, welding equipment, cranes, forklifts, saws, and production machinery Assisting with equipment installations and startup testing Maintaining compliance with plant safety standards and LOTO procedures What We're Looking For: Required Qualifications ✔ Strong industrial maintenance experience ✔ Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills ✔ PLC troubleshooting experience ✔ Experience with 3-phase electrical systems up to 480V ✔ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams ✔ Experience performing preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment ✔ Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment Preferred Qualifications: ✔ Maintenance Mechanic background ✔ Maintenance Electrician experience ✔ Experience with overhead cranes, forklifts, welding equipment, burn tables, and band saws ✔ Basic MIG or Stick welding skills ✔ Manufacturing or heavy industrial maintenance experience Work Schedule: 🕒 Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM 🕒 Friday Overtime Available 90% of the Time 🕒 Saturday Overtime As Needed 💰 Excellent opportunity for additional earnings through overtime.
