Warehouse Associate - Now Hiring Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing kits for production, and shipping finished products. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, organized, and comfortable working with warehouse systems and equipment.
Essential Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments. Unload trucks and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders. Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations. Pick parts and materials according to production and customer requirements. Assemble and prepare kits for manufacturing operations. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movements.
Package, label, and prepare outbound shipments for domestic and international customers. Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits. Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies. Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks. Assist with loading and unloading trucks in a safe and efficient manner. Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Support production teams by ensuring materials are delivered on time. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners or inventory management systems is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
