Medical Customer Service Representative- 100% Remote

TEKsystems is hiring a group of Medical Customer Service Representatives to work FULLY REMOTE for a client based in Avon, CT. This position would interview right away and would start within the next couple weeks! Job Description -Main point of contact answering 45+ calls per day from patients. -Taking payments over the phone and helping patients set up payment plans. -Ability to read EOB's and assist patients with their inquiries.

-Ability to work within multiple systems at the same time and juggle multiple tasks   Qualifications      -MUST HAVE 1-2 years of RECENT call center experience -Medical terminology is a plus -Dedicated work from home set up -High speed internet connection required   Hours Monday- Friday- 8:00am- 4:30pm-- 40-hour work week paid out   Pay $22-23/hr.
