Description -Answering inbound mortgage servicing calls. -Assisting customers with mortgage payments and payment processing. -Explaining escrow changes, tax increases, insurance impacts, and monthly payment adjustments. -Responding to questions regarding loan balances, interest rates, and account status. -Researching customer accounts and resolving servicing issues. -Updating customer information within servicing systems.
-Navigating multiple databases while documenting conversations in real time. -Processing service requests and loan maintenance activities. -Coordinating with internal servicing, escrow, and operations teams as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications MUST HAVE: -Minimum 3 years of call center experience. -Bilingual in Spanish and English. -Strong customer service experience. -Experience working in a high-volume inbound environment.
-Ability to type and document information while on calls. -Experience navigating databases and multiple applications simultaneously. -Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. -Strong multitasking and organizational skills. -Team-oriented mindset. -Passion for helping customers and solving problems. -Stable work history with demonstrated tenure. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Columbia, SC.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
