Track and communicate progress: Document patient journeys and collaborate closely with the Occupational Therapist to revise goals and adapt treatment plans based on real-time responses. Empower patients and families: Educate individuals and their caregivers on managing deficits, building confidence for a safer transition home. Guide seamless transitions: Coordinate discharge planning, recommending adaptive equipment and community resources to ensure ongoing success beyond clinical care.

Mentor support staff: Oversee therapy technicians to maintain high safety standards, seamless workflow, and quality care delivery across the team. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
