Job Title: Onboarding Support Coordinator Job Description The Onboarding Support Coordinator plays a key role in welcoming and guiding prospective delivery partners through the onboarding process. In this role, you engage interested small businesses, manage and prioritize incoming leads, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the application and vetting stages. You provide clear, helpful guidance at every step, ensuring a smooth transition from initial interest to becoming an active delivery partner while collaborating closely with internal teams to meet all program requirements and deadlines.
Responsibilities Conduct warm outbound calls to prospective partners who have expressed interest in the program, building rapport and encouraging engagement. Manage, organize, and prioritize incoming leads to ensure timely follow-up and consistent communication. Send application materials and clearly guide applicants through each step of the submission process. Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, answering questions and providing clear, helpful guidance.
Assist applicants in navigating each stage of the onboarding funnel, from initial interest to becoming an active delivery partner. Request, collect, and accurately track all necessary documentation required for vetting and onboarding. Collaborate with internal teams to confirm that applicants meet all program requirements and deadlines. Maintain detailed records in CRM and lead tracking systems to support visibility, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Support a positive experience for small business partners in the community, helping to build lasting, mutually beneficial relationships. Essential Skills Minimum of 2+ years of experience in an Account Management, Sales Support, or Customer Success role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport over the phone and through digital channels.
Solid organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Proven ability to manage multiple leads, tasks, and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using CRM tools and lead tracking systems, including platforms such as Salesforce.com. Demonstrated customer service experience with a focus on delivering clear, helpful guidance. Experience providing sales support or administrative support in a customer-facing environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Prior experience in customer success, account management, or onboarding is a strong plus. Background in sales administration or sales support roles is beneficial. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams. Interest in working with small businesses and supporting long-term community partnerships. Motivation to grow into outbound sales responsibilities and commission-earning opportunities as the program expands.
Work Environment This position offers a hybrid work environment with a structured four-day workweek consisting of 10-hour shifts. Available schedules include Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, with two primary shifts: 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST and 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. CST. You work with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com and other lead tracking systems in a professional, goal-oriented setting focused on supporting small business partners in the community.
The role is highly likely to be extended up to a two-year limit, with potential to transition into a long-term program that includes outbound sales responsibilities and commission opportunities, offering room for growth and ongoing career development. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.50 - $26.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowled
