This role blends your hands‑on infusion expertise with the unique responsibilities of clinical research, including: Ensuring strict adherence to clinical trial protocols, FDA regulations, and ICH/GCP guidelines to safeguard patient welfare. Delivering chemotherapy, biotherapy, and investigational agents while applying advanced knowledge of oncology medications and side‑effect management. Conducting detailed clinical assessments, monitoring for adverse reactions, and evaluating patient toxicity levels per protocol requirements.
Documenting source data and completing Case Report Forms (CRFs) with accuracy and attention to detail. Collaborating closely with Principal Investigators, research coordinators, and pharmacy teams to ensure smooth and compliant study execution. Providing guidance and education to patients and families regarding study expectations, treatment processes, and potential side effects. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $99840.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
