What You'll Do Assemble and inspect small electronic components in a cleanroom environment Work with PCBs, chips, connectors, and precision electronic parts Use microscopes, tweezers, and specialized tools for detailed assembly work Follow work instructions, schematics, and quality standards Perform inspections to ensure high-quality products Maintain cleanroom and safety procedures What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to work with very small components under a microscope Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn Assembly, manufacturing, inspection, soldering, or cleanroom experience is a plus Ability to pass a hands-on microscope and precision-tool assessment Why Join Us?

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sugar Land, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
