Order Support Returns Specialist

Description The Global Support Team Representative is responsible for managing incoming support tickets via email regarding equipment return status. This position will create Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), generate return shipping labels, and close customer cases for global customers. The role supports international customers and requires strong written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email Track and provide updates on equipment returns Create and manage RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) Generate return shipping labels and related documentation Update, manage, and close support cases Work across multiple systems to research and resolve customer issues Deliver professional and timely customer service Maintain accurate documentation and case records Required Skills Customer Support Customer Service Email Support Written Communication Help Desk Support Case Management Professional Communication Navigation of Multiple Systems Preferred Skills Salesforce experience highly preferred Zendesk or other ticketing systems Shipping and logistics experience E-commerce support experience Experience creating RMAs and return labels Qualifications Excellent written communication skills Strong customer service skills Experience handling customer inquiries through email Ability to multitask and navigate several systems at once Experience creating RMAs, shipping labels, or processing returns is a major plus Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Schedule Options Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Why Join Us?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
