No extensive experience required. We’re looking for dependable team players who are ready to learn and grow! Responsibilities Hand package a variety of candy and food products with accuracy and attention to detail. Pack products into boxes, bags, and retail-ready packaging. Inspect products to ensure quality and food safety standards are met. Palletize and organize finished products for shipping. Prepare and box products for customer orders and distribution.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all food production, quality, and safety procedures. Lift up to 20 lbs and remain active throughout the shift. Essential Skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. General labor, packing, or production experience preferred. Basic machine operation experience is a plus. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, food production, or assembly is preferred but not required. Entry-level candidates with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Comfortable working around marshmallows and gummy candy products that contain gelatin. Why Work Here?
