Pharmacy Technician Location: Fort Worth, TX We are seeking a detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support prescription processing, claims adjudication, prior authorizations, and patient access to therapy. This role is ideal for someone with strong pharmacy operations experience who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. Responsibilities Review and process prescription referrals and patient information.
Create and maintain accurate patient profiles and pharmacy records. Adjudicate pharmacy claims and resolve claim-related issues. Process prior authorizations and coordinate coverage requirements. Communicate with providers, patients, and payers to obtain needed information. Assist patients with copay assistance and other access-to-care programs. Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications Active Texas Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing. Pharmacy data entry and prescription processing experience. Experience with pharmacy claims, prior authorizations, and insurance troubleshooting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
