Plumber Location : Wayne PA Project : Apartment Complex Fit Out Job Description Looking for a skilled Plumber with at least 2+ years of Commercial rough in experience for an Apartment Building Fit-Out in Wayne PA by King of Prussia. This is a long-term project expecting to last until 2027. Basic duties include installing and rough in of PVC, Copper, and PEX pipe for water, sewer, and sanitary drainage lines.
The sub-contractor completing this job is based in Harrisburg PA - but are offering to bring guys on permanently and offering company vehicle depending on performance. Schedule is standard construction schedule, 5 8's working 40-45 hours a week. Requirements 2+ years of Commercial Plumbing experience. Commercial install/rough in experience preferred Experience with installing PVC, Copper, and PEX piping for new construction projects.
