Description Own and maintain the product roadmap, aligning priorities with business objectives and customer needs. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Prioritize and refine the product backlog to maximize value delivery. Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum framework.
Collaborate with UX, engineering, analytics, and operational teams to deliver scalable product solutions. Leverage customer, associate, and business insights to drive product decisions. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities while proactively removing delivery obstacles. Support change management, training, and adoption activities to ensure successful product launches.
Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience managing product backlogs and working closely with cross-functional delivery teams. Ability to write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience using data and analytics to inform decision-making.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment. Skills time keeping, Oracle, SAGE Additional Skills & Qualifications - Need a BA/ PO to sling stories, refinements for backlog, etc. o They will be working with the current fulltime Product Manager to write stories, etc. - BA/PO Experience - Need to be EST or CST - Prefer someone with Retail Operations – instore experience - Oracle would be a plus - Time Keeping would be plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Blue Ash, OH.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
