Job Title: Production Associate Position Summary Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join a growing manufacturing team in Fort Pierce, Florida. This position is responsible for assembling pressure-related system components, reading technical drawings, performing quality inspections, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components, piping systems, valves, fittings, and related equipment according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, schematics, and production orders. Utilize hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment to complete assemblies. Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet company and customer specifications. Perform pressure, leak, and functional testing on completed assemblies as required. Maintain accurate production records, inspection reports, and inventory documentation.
Receive, organize, and stage materials for production operations. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment. Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when authorized. Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate production concerns to supervisors. Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing best practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area at all times.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fort Pierce, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
