Hounen Solar Entry-Level Production Laborer / Assembler Location: Summerville, SC Pay Rate: $18-19.00 per hour Schedule: A & B Shift: 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM : 18/hr C & D Shift: 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM : 19/hr We are seeking motivated individuals to join a rapidly growing manufacturing operation in Summerville, SC. This state-of-the-art facility spans nearly 800,000 square feet and is expanding to include climate-controlled work areas and clean room environments.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to begin or grow a career in manufacturing. No previous manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for dependable team members who are eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced production environment. Responsibilities Perform assembly and production tasks according to established procedures Operate hand tools and basic production equipment Inspect parts and finished products for quality standards Package, label, and prepare products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety and quality guidelines Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Support various manufacturing and material handling activities as needed Qualifications Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Previous production, assembly, warehouse, or labor experience is helpful but not required Additional Information No Drug Test Required Long-term opportunities available Large-scale hiring initiative with significant growth anticipated Immediate openings with upcoming start dates Why Apply?

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
