Production Associate Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $21.00/hour About the Role Join a growing manufacturing team as a Production Associate and gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, including Assembly, Lapping, Conveyance, and Shipping/Receiving . In this role, you will work with pumps, valves, and other mechanical components while contributing to a quality-driven, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble pumps, valves, and other mechanical products using hand and power tools. Read and interpret drawings, diagrams, and work instructions. Perform mechanical assembly of small parts and metal components. Conduct quality inspections, including first-piece, in-process, and final product checks.
Support testing and verification processes to ensure product quality. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds as needed. Qualifications Experience with assembly, packing, or manufacturing processes. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Previous manufacturing or mechanical assembly ex perience. Familiarity with reading blueprints, diagrams, or technical drawings. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Waukegan, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
