Production Associate Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $21.00/hour Operators are trained to work in four different areas – Learn new skills, understand how work flows across departments, and be part of a collaborative work environment! Key Responsibilities Will need to be open to performing mechanical assembly on various products including pumps and valves (cartridge, in-line, and check valves) Will be working off drawings and diagrams (they do not use blueprints) to assemble the parts They will be working with small parts and metal pieces Utilizing hand and power tools Performing quality checks on products First piece, in process, and final assembly and inspection/testing Lifting heavy materials up to 25 pounds Climate Controlled environment -Very clean and organized -Great room for advancement They do parties and picnics everyone is involved in, around the holidays they give out turkeys for all the workers.
