Hiring a Production Technician in Dexter, MI! Pay: $17.00/hr. Shift: 1: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM 2: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, *Both shifts include a 30-minute lunch break and additional breaks. *Occasional Saturday work is voluntary and typically lasts 5–7 hours. Responsibilities Un-rack and re-rack parts in preparation for anodizing, ensuring correct placement and secure attachment. Use hand tools and power tools, including drills, 7/16 ratchets, sockets, wrenches, and pliers, to assemble and re-rack parts onto bases for chemical dipping.
Prepare parts and racks for anodizing processes in alignment with quality and safety standards. Perform daily quality inspections on parts, verifying that they meet specifications for medical, defense, and aerospace industry applications. Handle and process production parts with a high level of attention to detail to avoid defects and rework. Why Work Here?
