Production Laborer - Concrete Products Plant About the Role We're looking for dependable, hard-working team members to help produce concrete blocks, bagged materials, and other building products. This is a hands-on manufacturing role that involves inspecting products, stacking materials, keeping production areas clean, and supporting equipment operations. The work is physical, fast-paced, and repetitive, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active and takes pride in producing quality products.
There are opportunities to grow into machine operator and maintenance positions over time. Responsibilities Inspect concrete products for quality and remove defective items. Lift, stack, palletize, and move concrete products and bagged materials. Support automated palletizing and packaging operations. Assist with basic equipment maintenance and changeovers under supervision. Help maintain a clean and safe work environment through regular sweeping, shoveling, and cleanup.
Fill, tie, and palletize bagged products in the bag plant. Load and stack products on specialty production lines. Follow all safety procedures when working around machinery and heavy materials. Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting 50-70 pounds regularly throughout the shift. Comfortable standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or other labor experience is preferred. Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning equipment operation and maintenance are a plus. Forklift experience is helpful but not required. Preferred Backgrounds Experience in any of the following is beneficial: Manufacturing or production Construction or concrete products Maintenance or mechanical work Farming or agricultural work Landscaping or outdoor labor Material handling and palletizing Growth Opportunities This position offers a clear path for advancement.

Expect a dusty, industrial environment with exposure to heat in the summer and cold in the winter. The work is physically demanding and includes frequent lifting, standing, sweeping, and shoveling. Successful employees will have opportunities to receive training on production equipment and expand their responsibilities over time. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
