Immediately hiring Production Machine Operator in Swedesboro, NJ Seeking FULL TIME workers near the Logan Township area for a 1st shift job opportunity, working as a Production Machines Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of production machinery that consists of weighing and gathering the different ingredients used to dump into the mixing machine based off the specific batch records that's being used for that speciifc order being ran at that time.
Other skills include working in a cGMP environment, basic math to calculate the different amount of ingredients that are needed for the batch, and properly sanitizing the production machine after each batch is ran using the proper cleanig solutions. Prepare ingredients for batch making by pre-scaling wet and dry ingredients, opening pails and buckets, and preparing ingredient slurries. Move drums and totes, manipulate air pumps for kettle additions, and compile manual-add ingredients on rolling carts. Weigh and scale ingredients for batch preparation. Manually add ingredients against the Formula Sheet to ensure batch quality and accuracy. Follow instructions of Formula Sheets and WonderWare software to create products within defined specifications.
Utilize hand jacks to move pallets of ingredients, drums, buckets, and totes. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Deptford, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
