Job Title: Production Machine Operator Job Description Join a collaborative, team-oriented manufacturing environment supporting the construction industry. As a General Production Worker, you will play a hands-on role preparing and assembling steel materials used in large-scale construction projects. This position involves operating production machinery, rotating through multiple tasks, and working safely in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities: Prepare, cut, and process steel materials for construction assemblies. Operate production machinery and equipment with provided training. Rotate between various production tasks as needed. Perform assembly and material handling duties. Work with team members to meet production and quality goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all safety and production procedures.
Required Skills: Experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly environments preferred. Ability to perform fast-paced and physically demanding work. Experience using hand and power tools. Machine operation and assembly experience. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience operating shears, press machines, and saws. Construction, framing, carpentry, yard work, or site cleanup experience.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to read a tape measure. Strong attention to safety and quality standards. Work Environment: Non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility. Hot working conditions during summer months. 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. 1st shift training for 1 to 4 weeks. Mandatory overtime and occasional Saturday work required. Shift differential of +$2/hour.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
