Aerotek is Hiring for Production Technicians! Plymouth, MA | $22/hr + Overtime Available We are seeking Production Technicians to support manufacturing operations in a clean, climate-controlled facility. This role involves machine setup, process monitoring, quality inspections, and production support to ensure products meet established standards. Shift 3rd Shift: 7:00 PM to 5:30 AM Monday through Thursday Responsibilities Set up and operate production equipment Monitor processes and machine performance Perform quality inspections and documentation Troubleshoot equipment and production issues Assist with production planning and scheduling Maintain a safe and organized work area Qualifications Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards Experience with documentation or data entry is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
