Job Title: Production Worker Job Description We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Wet Out Technician to support our CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) lining operations. This role is responsible for the preparation and saturation ('wet-out') of liners using resin systems to ensure successful underground pipe rehabilitation. The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical aptitude, thrives in a production-based environment, and can follow precise processes where quality and accuracy are critical.
Responsibilities Perform wet-out of liners by properly saturating felt or fiberglass materials with resin. Operate wet-out equipment, including rollers, vacuum systems, and calibration units. Ensure complete and consistent resin impregnation with no dry spots or air pockets. Follow strict standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. Measure and record production data such as resin quantities, temperatures, and liner specifications.
Assist with liner setup, calibration, packaging, and preparation for delivery. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Communicate with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines. Essential Skills Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor environments. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and equipment.
High attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step processes. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working in physically demanding and industrial environments. Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions with a strong sense of urgency. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Prior manufacturing or production experience is highly preferred.
Ability to work in a team environment. Willingness to learn and be trained on new equipment. Comfortable working in potentially hot, noisy, or industrial settings. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $19.55/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
