Qualifications Bachelors degree in Architecture. or related field 8-10 years post-grad experience Multifamily residential and/or senior living project experience Strong ground up experience Proficiency in Revit & Microsoft Office Suite Lead project phases & teams from Schematic Design to Construction Documentation + Bidding Strong understanding of construction documents and QA/QC process (Involved in production) Guide junior staff (1-2 people) and provide technical direction Ability to operate independently while remaining highly collaborative Excellent communication Plus: -Construction administration experience -Licensure and/or other certifications -Enscape -Wood frame experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $52.88/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
