Description Position Summary The Project Coordinator will support real estate and facilities initiatives by maintaining project schedules, tracking deliverables, coordinating stakeholder follow-up, and preparing project reporting. This position will also assist with lease administration, real estate documentation, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, budget tracking, and capital expenditure requests.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines. Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Northridge, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $33.50 - $33.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
