Job Title: Project Coordinator Job Description Utilize advanced software tools and technologies to support data analysis and program reporting. Independently collect, analyze, and interpret cross-bore program data. Work closely with engineering, operations, safety, and other internal teams to support program initiatives. Provide administrative and operational support for program activities. Provide expertise in cross-bore safety practices and regulations.
Contribute to process improvements and best practices in cross-core program management. Collaborate with regulatory agencies and industry organizations on compliance. Responsibilities Coordinate project activities and documentation. Utilize MS Office Suite for project administration and reporting. Support construction operations through data entry and document control. Schedule meetings and provide administrative support.
Ensure compliance with cross-bore safety practices and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on program initiatives. Essential Skills Proficiency in MS Office Suite. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Experience in project coordination and administration. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience supporting utility or field/construction operations is a plus. Work Environment The position offers a hybrid work schedule with four days in the office and one work-from-home day, typically on Fridays. Initially, there may be a requirement to be in the office five days a week during the training period. The work location is in Joliet, IL, not at the main headquarters. The role is set within a dynamic and supportive team environment that encourages professional growth.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Joliet, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
