Job Responsibilities Manage electrical projects from pre-construction through final closeout Oversee all phases of project execution, including estimating, planning, scheduling, and client reporting Prepare project estimates and perform job costing analysis Take field measurements and develop project scopes when drawings are unavailable Coordinate directly with clients, vendors, and field personnel Lead and supervise a team of approximately 6 electricians and field staff Monitor labor productivity, project budgets, and timelines Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards Provide hands-on support in the field when necessary in a smaller-company environment Qualifications Electrical industry required Approximately 10+ years of experience in the electrical trade Previous experience as a Journeyman, Foreman, Lead Electrician, or similar leadership role Strong understanding of electrical installations, labor planning, and project execution Experience with estimating, job costing, or project coordination is highly preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain accountability for project outcomes Requirements Proven electrical field experience Ability to read plans, take field measurements, and develop project solutions Strong supervisory and team leadership abilities Comfortable working in both office and field environments as needed OSHA certification preferred (company will sponsor additional training and certifications) No college degree required No formal certifications required Why Join Us?

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Babylon, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
