Job Title: Quality Assurance Associate Job Description We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Quality Administrator - Level 1 to join our growing quality assurance team. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with quality engineers, compliance specialists, and production staff to manage document logs, organize quality data, and support daily inspection workflows. This is a hands-on opportunity to build your foundational knowledge in quality management systems, support compliance requirements, and contribute to an efficient manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities Maintain, organize, and update quality records, travelers, inspection logs, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in physical files and the quality management system. Assist the quality team with preparing inspection packets, gathering calibration records, and organizing documentation for internal and external audits. Compile daily scrap logs, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and basic yield metrics into standardized spreadsheets or database trackers.
Receive, label, and log incoming sample parts, test coupons, and quality supplies while maintaining an organized, clean work area. Participate in plant 5S, administrative housekeeping, and Lean initiatives to keep the quality office and archives organized and audit-ready. Strictly comply with all safety rules, data security protocols (such as ITAR/CMMC data handling guidelines), and company standard operating procedures.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
