Assistant Quality Technician (Entry-Level) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Quality Technician to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing finished product samples, documenting results, and communicating findings to key departments across the facility. You will work closely with Production, Maintenance, and Product Safety teams to help ensure our products consistently meet quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities Perform routine quality testing and inspections on finished products.
Accurately record, analyze, and communicate test results. Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with established specifications and food safety standards. Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Product Safety teams to address quality concerns. Assist in identifying quality trends and opportunities for process improvement. Maintain laboratory equipment and testing areas in accordance with company standards.
Follow all quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures. Support continuous improvement initiatives and special quality projects as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous quality assurance, quality control, laboratory, manufacturing, or food production experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to accurately document and communicate findings. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
