This 6-month contract opportunity was created to support an influx of hiring needs and offers the potential for extension or permanent employment. Consultants receive 6 paid holidays and 10 days of accrued PTO annually . The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of high-volume construction recruiting experience , recruiting for roles such as Project Managers, Estimators, Safety professionals, Procurement, and other construction-related positions .

This recruiter will manage approximately 30-60 requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Job Description The Recruiter partners closely with talent acquisition professionals and hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies that identify, attract, and hire top talent.

This role primarily supports a Construction Global Practice and works across estimating, procurement, construction management, and project controls to ensure critical positions are filled with highly qualified candidates. The recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting activities, builds strong relationships with stakeholders, and promotes the organization’s culture and benefits to engage and retain top talent.

Responsibilities Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent for current openings and future workforce needs within construction-related disciplines. Conduct initial screening of potential candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, interest level, geographic preferences, and salary expectations. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific position requirements, job responsibilities, and how each role supports broader business goals.

Recommend qualified candidates to hiring teams and provide thoughtful guidance throughout the selection process. Promote and communicate the organization’s culture and benefits to candidates to enhance engagement and support successful recruitment outcomes. Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer support. Use Microsoft Office and related tools to maintain accurate records, create reports, and support recruiting workflows.

Understand, follow, and ensure compliance with all established policies, processes, and procedures related to recruitment and employment. Maintain strict confidentiality of personal, confidential, and proprietary information throughout the hiring process. Comply with all organizational policies and standards in daily work. Perform other recruiting and talent acquisition duties as assigned to support the broader talent strategy.

Essential Skills 4+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably handling multiple requisitions simultaneously. Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support. Recruiting experience within construction, engineering, or a similar technical or project-based industry. Strong talent acquisition and recruitment skills, with the ability to identify and attract top talent in competitive markets.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to manage candidate data, reporting, and communication. Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and talent acquisition partners to align recruiting efforts with business needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders professionally. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Solid understanding of standard recruiting processes, policies, and compliance requirements. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required.
