You will develop treatment plans grounded in scientific rationale and professional guidelines, prescribe medications as legally authorized, and counsel patients on drug regimens and potential interactions. Your role will also include recommending interventions for health risk behaviors, educating patients on self-management of illnesses, and tailoring instructions to individual needs. Responsibilities Prescribe medication dosages, routes, and frequencies based on patient characteristics as ordered by a Physician.
Develop treatment plans based on scientific rationale and professional practice guidelines. Prescribe medications based on efficacy, safety, and cost as legally authorized. Counsel patients about drug regimens and possible side effects or interactions with other substances. Recommend interventions to modify behavior associated with health risks. Educate patients about self-management of acute or chronic illnesses, tailoring instructions to individual circumstances.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $52.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
