As our REO (Resource Efficient Operations) Manager for GB&I, you'll be at the heart of that effort, leading the deployment of our sustainability strategy across the GB&I manufacturing network and turning ambition into measurable action. From reducing CO₂ emissions and cutting energy consumption to driving progress on water stewardship, renewable electricity and waste reduction, you'll own the environmental performance agenda across the network.
Working alongside plant, engineering and regional teams, you'll bring structure where it's needed, cut through complexity, and champion consistency - all while helping to build a culture where sustainability and continuous improvement go hand in hand. Drive deployment of the REO roadmap across all sites Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies Track and analyse performance indicators (CO₂, water, energy, waste) Develop and coordinate sustainability action plans Lead the community of plant REO managers Harmonise processes and governance at regional level Conduct internal audits and manage relationships with authorities Promote best practices and a culture of continuous improvement Support initiatives to reduce environmental impact Collaborate with global, regional and local teams on key projects What you'll need to be successful.
Extensive leadership experience in industry, engineering or R&D Strong understanding of industrial environments and associated KPIs Proven project management experience Knowledge of environmental management systems (ISO 14001 / 50001) Excellent communication and influencing skills Analytical, problem-solving and continuous-improvement mindset Ability to support change and engage stakeholders Benefits.
