Install, route, and test cable harnesses while ensuring safe and reliable system operation. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hardware issues alongside engineering teams. Support equipment setup, hardware integration, testing, and lab expansion projects. Read schematics, technical drawings, and build instructions to complete projects accurately. Help create and maintain an organized, safe, and efficient robotics lab environment.
What We're Looking For 2+ years of hands-on technician experience in robotics, automation, electronics, aerospace, medical devices, manufacturing, industrial equipment, or a related field. Experience with mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, cabling, or hardware integration. Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, torque tools, crimpers, multimeters, calipers, soldering equipment, and other technical tools.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for building and fixing things. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same. Bonus Experience Robotics, automation, machine building, or lab equipment Cable harness fabrication and connector work Soldering, crimping, or low-voltage wiring PLCs, CAD, 3D printing, or fixture design Startup, R&D, or prototype environments Be Part of the Future This isn't just another technician job.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $48.08/hr.
