Sanitation Technician Help Keep Food Production Safe, Clean, and Running Smoothly! Are you someone who takes pride in a job well done? We're looking for a Sanitation Technician to join our team and play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient production facility. What You'll Be Doing Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, and facility areas.
Disassemble and reassemble equipment for deep cleaning. Follow sanitation procedures and chemical handling guidelines to ensure a safe work environment. Complete scheduled cleaning tasks and keep the facility audit-ready. Help maintain food safety and quality standards, including GMP and HACCP requirements. Accurately complete sanitation logs and documentation. Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
Communicate any equipment, maintenance, or safety concerns to the appropriate team members. Work independently and with team members to keep production areas clean and operating efficiently. What We're Looking For Experience in sanitation, food production, manufacturing, or a related environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work in a physically active environment, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Skokie, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
