Shipper & Receiver Join a Team Where Your Work Makes an Impact We are seeking a dependable Shipper & Receiver to support shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory operations in a clean, organized manufacturing environment. You’ll play an important role in ensuring high-quality medical-grade products are accurately prepared, protected, and delivered to customers. What You’ll Do Package and prepare domestic and international shipments, including fragile medical-grade products. Verify orders, job travelers, and shipping paperwork for accuracy. Create labels and process shipments using systems such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and WorldShip . Maintain shipment and inventory records using ERP systems. Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials. Assist with inventory counts, order picking, packing, and warehouse activities.
Build and customize packaging using basic tools such as saws and drills. Operate pallet jacks and safely move materials throughout the facility. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following quality procedures. Support manufacturing and shipping teams to keep operations running smoothly. What We’re Looking For Experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stay active throughout the workday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Needham, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
