Responsibilities Coordinate and process domestic and international shipments accurately and on time.
Receive incoming materials, verify documentation, and inspect shipments for accuracy and condition. Use SAP to manage inventory, track shipments, and maintain accurate records of all shipping and receiving activities. Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments according to company procedures and applicable regulations. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely.
Wrap and secure pallets to ensure safe transport and prevent damage during loading and shipping. Organize and maintain warehouse areas to support efficient storage, picking, and shipping of materials. Collaborate with office staff and use computer systems, including CRM tools, to update order status and communicate shipment details. Follow DOT and internal safety guidelines while handling, loading, and transporting materials.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts or inventory audits as needed. Essential Skills Proven experience in both domestic and international shipping and receiving. Hands-on warehouse experience with shipping, receiving, packing, and material handling. Proficiency using SAP for inventory management and shipment tracking. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material handling equipment safely.
Knowledge of DOT guidelines related to shipping and transportation. Familiarity with CRM or similar computer-based systems for order and customer information. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and inventory records. Ability to work comfortably with both computer-based tasks and physical warehouse activities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a combined office and warehouse environment.
Experience in wrapping pallets and securing loads for transport. Comfort working with inventory processes and warehouse organization. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
