Electronic Assembler / Soldering Technician | $17/hr | Build Emergency & Survival Equipment Starting at $17.00/hr Join a growing team that manufactures emergency safety and survival equipment. We are seeking a hands-on Electronic Assembler to support the assembly and testing of electronic devices in a clean, air-conditioned facility. Responsibilities Assemble electronic products, including circuit boards, batteries, wiring, and other components.
Perform hand soldering of wires, connectors, and circuit boards. Route and secure wiring using work instructions and diagrams. Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy. Use hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, and screwdrivers. Package finished products and prepare orders for shipment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Qualifications Assembly, manufacturing, production, or electronics experience preferred.
Soldering experience is a plus. Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Basic computer skills. Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
