Job Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through final closeout Manage commercial renovation projects across multiple states throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, inspections, and daily project operations Drive project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and productivity on every job site Proactively identify project risks, delays, and field issues while implementing effective solutions Conduct client, owner, and stakeholder walkthroughs Prepare and maintain project reports, site documentation, and progress updates Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, clients, and building occupants Lead by example and maintain a professional, solutions-focused presence on site Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Demonstrated ability to independently manage projects from start to finish Strong experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proven problem-solving abilities in fast-paced construction environments Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel Valid driver's license with a strong driving record Requirements Ability to travel throughout assigned territories and project locations Experience managing project schedules, jobsite logistics, and subcontractor performance Strong understanding of commercial construction processes and field operations Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents Commitment to maintaining safe and compliant jobsites Flexibility to work evenings, nights, or weekends as project demands require Why Join Us?
