Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description The Warehouse Associate plays a crucial role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including production and inventory management. This position requires receiving materials, operating forklifts, stocking inventory, pulling orders, and shipping products, all while ensuring a safe work environment. Responsibilities Receive and inspect new and core parts.
Check inventory into the warehouse system. Pull and deliver parts to production lines. Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely. Stock parts in designated locations and maintain inventory accuracy. Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits. Pull internal orders from warehouse racking. Follow all safety requirements and wear required PPE. Support the Open Book Management and employee-ownership culture.
Essential Skills Experience with engine, labor, and production. Proficiency in assembly and inventory management. General labor skills. Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift. Experience in industrial painting using spray guns. Knowledge of paint prep, loading, and material handling. Ability to work in a paint booth and perform sanding. Additional Skills & Qualifications No specific certifications or medical requirements necessary.

Work Environment The work environment involves working 10-12 hours per day, 4-5 days per week, based on production needs. The standard schedule consists of four 10-hour days, with the possibility of working on Friday if needed. The shifts are as follows: 1st shift starts at 6am and 2nd shift starts at 4pm. The facility is not temperature controlled and includes equipment for teardown, cleaning, reassembly, and testing.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.76 - $21.26/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
