Your Mission You will acquire and support our broker partners with their sales processes across Belgium.
You will be responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing. You will work directly with our General Manager BeNeLux and have the opportunity to help shape our go-to-market strategy, further expanding the market. You will integrate insured companies onto the Baobab platform, including advising on risk mitigation measures in collaboration with our in-house specialists.
Your Profile Minimum requirements for the role Experience as an insurance broker, -underwriter, and/or sales representative in the insurance industry; cyber experience is a definite advantage. You are creative and can independently manage priorities, deadlines, and your time. You are a strong team player who can handle a variety of contacts; forming and maintaining multiple broker relationships at the same time.
You have demonstrated the ability to engage with commercial clients and have successfully conducted and concluded negotiations with them. You have extensive sales experience and are willing to actively source new broker partners, e.g. through cold outreach.
