Job Description ROLE OVERVIEW Job Title: Client Account Manager - Food Advisory  Job Type: Fixed Term Contract 12 months  Location: Fully Remote  - Must be UK based and happy to travel to customer sites (ideal location around Leicester)  Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm  Salary: Up to £38,000 pa DOE  Industry: Health & Nutrition  Overview of the role -  to deliver exceptional service to existing clients, being the key point of contact for a large UK retailer.  Managing clients workload Liaising with internal teams - technical & sales to make sure service level agreements and turnaround times are met  Obtain forecasts of work coming in to be completed  Project management  Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has over 3 years experience in an account management position, we are looking for someone who has a background in Food Retail or Food Manufacturing  You will also have the following… Proven account management experience within a large team  Educated up to A Level or equivalent  Project Management life cycle experience  Advance user of MS Office , including excel  Additional Information At SGS, we believe in rewarding our employees for their hard work and commitment.
